Biography

Alex Cohen currently serves as the Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy, and is responsible for REPAY’s M&A activities and overall strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, Alex served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy, shaping and executing REPAY’s long-term growth strategy through M&A, capital allocation decisioning, and strategic partnerships.

Before joining REPAY, Alex was a private equity investment professional at CIVC Partners and an investment banker in the M&A group at Fidus Partners. Previously, he was an assurance associate in the asset management group at Ernst & Young.

Alex received his Master of Accounting and a B.B.A. in Accounting and International Business, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia.
